How long does it take?

About 30 to 45 minutes. You get the codes and my verdict in writing, so you can take it to any garage.

What if it's something you can fix there and then?

If it's something I can sort on the spot, I'll tell you the price before I touch it. If not, you've got the verdict and a fair repair price to take anywhere you like.

Do I need to be at home?

No. I come to your home or your work, wherever the car is. Someone does need to be there with the keys, because the scan needs the ignition on.

Will a warning light fail my MOT?

An engine warning light that stays on is a major defect, which is an MOT fail. ABS and airbag lights can fail it too. Get it read before the test, not after.

What areas do you cover?
